We are looking for a detail-oriented Graphic / Digital Designer to join our team part-time and take ownership of day-to-day design execution across marketing materials, visual assets, presentations, and web-related tasks.
Your Tasks Will Be
Designing and updating marketing materials, banners, and visual assets
Creating and formatting presentations for internal and external use
Using AI tools for visual generation, creative exploration, and accelerating output
Iterating on designs based on feedback and references
Maintaining clean, well-organized Figma files and design documentation
Occasionally supporting web-related design tasks (landing pages, website visuals) – a plus, but not a primary focus.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent command of Figma – this will be the primary working tool
Strong understanding of core design principles: composition, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and visual consistency
Basic familiarity with print materials and print preparation requirements
Hands-on experience with AI tools for visual generation – confident use of Midjourney and/or Napkin AI and/or Nano Banana 2 is required
Ability to work with AI-generated visuals – evaluate quality, refine prompts, and iterate toward stronger results
Sharp attention to detail and a clean, accurate approach to layouts
Ability to follow feedback, work with references, and deliver improved iterations quickly
Willingness to complete a short test task as part of the hiring process
Russian – advanced level or higher
Nice To Haves
Experience working with Figma components, variants, and reusable design systems
Ability to build and maintain a basic UI kit or structured component library
Familiarity with Webflow and understanding of how web layouts are implemented
Experience designing simple landing pages and responsive adaptations
Strong habits around file organization and structured design documentation
