Role Description
Labcorp is seeking a remote Clinical Research Account Manager to join our team!
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift
Job Responsibilities
• Review 70+ protocols per month to determine whether testing falls within the regulatory guideline.
• Collaborate with Esoteric Business Units contracting group to create required legal agreements.
• Lead client-based conversations and interactions; set up and host Webex/Video calls with clients to explain our services and grow partnerships.
• Answer all client-facing emails daily based on departmental goals and standards.
• Follow up on leads to establish business needs and guide clients on next steps to work towards implementation of services.
• Collaborate with legal staff to establish CDA and MSA for new clients.
• Must be experienced with client interaction, e-mail etiquette, and demonstrate signature client service.
• Knowledge of clinical testing and scientific background to facilitate questions with clients when clarification is needed.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to address high-priority process differences between business segments.
• Collaborate with clients on any escalation or quality events.
• Work closely with NOQ for any regulatory guidance.
• Collaborate with the client and NOQ for any client audits.
• Work with the Operational Project Managers for escalation support related to client-facing activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in clinical research, Biology or Chemistry OR two or more years of professional experience in clinical research.
Requirements
• Five or more years’ experience in a health science or clinical research field (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and mindfulness.
• Experience with database software, information systems, and MS office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
