[Hiring] Consultant – Schedule Management & Process Integration @Pyrovio

Role Description Pyrovio is seeking a Consultant to support schedule management and process integration initiatives across complex capital programs. This role focuses on improving how schedules are structured, integrated, and used across planning, engineering, financial, and execution functions. The Consultant will work closely with project controls, task planning (Last Planner System), analytics, and IT teams to define requirements, enhance reporting, and drive backend process improvements. This role emphasizes requirements development, coordination, and oversight rather than hands-on system development. Key Responsibilities • Support schedule management and integration initiatives across multiple systems and functional teams • Contribute to the standardization and refinement of schedule templates, planning structures, and reporting frameworks • Partner with task planning teams to improve planning, tracking, and execution visibility • Define business, data, and reporting requirements and oversee technical execution by IT and analytics teams • Support development and enhancement of dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting to enable informed decision-making • Analyze schedule, planning, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities • Translate complex data and analysis into actionable insights for project, program, and portfolio stakeholders • Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment across business and technical teams • Identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement and data optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and data quality Qualifications • Understanding of schedule management and project controls • Familiarity with Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) or similar scheduling tools • Experience with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) • Strong requirements definition and stakeholder coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives from concept through execution Requirements • Must be a US Citizen or hold Green Card Status • Up to 10% travel for client engagements and project-related functions Benefits • Competitive Compensation • Comprehensive Benefits - Medical, Retirement, Holidays, PTO etc. • Ability to carve your own career path and gain deep professional expertise by working with multiple clients and engagements and overseeing the implementation of your recommendations • Opportunity to develop and advance within a growing organization
