Role Description
We are hiring entrepreneurial, relationship-driven Sales Representatives to support Ucardia's continued expansion across key healthcare markets. What You'll Do
• Identify and prospect qualified medical practices, provider groups, and healthcare businesses within your local market
• Spend meaningful time in the field visiting practices, building relationships, and creating local market presence
• Conduct outreach to practice owners, providers, administrators, and key decision-makers
• Start conversations around Ucardia's practice solutions, market fit, and value to both the practice and patient experience
• Build relationships through local networking, referrals, in-person visits, community connections, and virtual outreach
• Introduce Ucardia's platform and clearly communicate its value to prospective practices
• Qualify opportunities based on practice type, needs, timing, and decision-making authority
• Generate and book qualified demos for the Ucardia team
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective practices
• Represent Ucardia professionally in-market and help build local brand awareness
Qualifications

• Comfort building relationships in-person, virtually, and through local networks
• Confidence engaging with physicians, practice owners, administrators, and healthcare decision-makers

Compensation
