Role Description We are hiring entrepreneurial, relationship-driven Sales Representatives to support Ucardia's continued expansion across key healthcare markets. This is a field-first sales opportunity for individuals who are energized by being out in the market, building relationships face-to-face, walking into practices, attending local events, developing referral networks, and creating trust with healthcare decision-makers. What You'll Do • Identify and prospect qualified medical practices, provider groups, and healthcare businesses within your local market • Spend meaningful time in the field visiting practices, building relationships, and creating local market presence • Conduct outreach to practice owners, providers, administrators, and key decision-makers • Start conversations around Ucardia's practice solutions, market fit, and value to both the practice and patient experience • Build relationships through local networking, referrals, in-person visits, community connections, and virtual outreach • Introduce Ucardia's platform and clearly communicate its value to prospective practices • Qualify opportunities based on practice type, needs, timing, and decision-making authority • Generate and book qualified demos for the Ucardia team • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective practices • Represent Ucardia professionally in-market and help build local brand awareness Qualifications • A self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial drive • Strong communication skills with confidence and professionalism • Comfort building relationships in-person, virtually, and through local networks • Confidence engaging with physicians, practice owners, administrators, and healthcare decision-makers • Willingness to be active in the field and create opportunities through face-to-face relationship building • Ability to identify qualified healthcare opportunities and understand customer needs • Strong organization, follow-through, and pipeline discipline • A polished, professional presence in the market • Passion for modernizing healthcare experiences Ideal Background • Healthcare sales • Medical device sales • EMR, EHR, or healthcare technology sales • Practice consulting or practice growth services • Pharma-adjacent sales • Med spa, wellness, longevity, or aesthetics sales • Provider relationship management • Healthcare staffing or healthcare services • Benefits, ancillary healthcare, or employer health solutions Compensation This is a performance-based sales role with commission-driven compensation, designed for high-performing representatives who want uncapped earning potential tied directly to closed business. Representatives earn meaningful commission on closed deals generated from their market activity. Expected earnings potential: $75,000–$300,000+ annually, based on performance, deal volume, and closed revenue.
