Home-Based Sales Assistant

We’re looking for a Home-Based Sales Assistant to join our DCX team. In this role, you will serve as a vital part of the customer experience by supporting sales executives, managing backend project activities, coordinating with suppliers and clients, and ensuring seamless order management from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth.   REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES  Highly Proficient Communicator: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Customer Service Focused: Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and building long-term client relationships. Adaptable & Deadline-Driven: Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, remain flexible, and consistently meet deadlines. Problem-Solver: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to address customer concerns and operational challenges efficiently.   WHAT YOU WILL DO  Responsible for providing customers with information on product pricing, features, and availability.  Responsible for creating proposals, quotes, and opportunities.  Responsible for creating presentation formats and compiling data for the preparation of sales presentations.  Responsible for documenting all order-related activities in various systems.  Responsible for sending a follow-up with suppliers on orders.  Ensure up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.  Responsible for managing a high volume of inbound and outbound emails.  Responsible for providing general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors.  Ad hoc tasks aligned with those mentioned above    WHAT WE LOOK FOR  Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.   Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.   Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.   Technical Skills: Proficient in iSuite software Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.
