Job Summary
Sunstate Home Improvement is growing, and we’re hiring Field Marketing Representatives / Appointment Setters to generate qualified leads and schedule consultations for our home improvement sales team.
This role is ideal for individuals who excel in face-to-face communication and lead generation. Your focus is simple: start conversations, build interest, and set high-quality appointments.

What You’ll Do
• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and neighborhood canvassing
• Engage homeowners and introduce roofing, impact windows, and home improvement solutions
• Qualify prospects and set appointments for consultations
• Clearly communicate value and handle basic objections
• Track daily activity and maintain appointment quality
• Work closely with closers to ensure high conversion rates

Preferred
• Experience in door-to-door sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
