Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Officer to manage core human resources functions across our remote organisation. You will play a key role in talent acquisition support, employee relations, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, and onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Support line managers with performance management and disciplinary processes
Administer leave management, attendance tracking, and HR reporting
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation and company HR policies
Contribute to employee engagement and culture initiatives
Qualifications and Experience
3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or HR officer role
Sound knowledge of South African labour law (BCEA, LRA, EEA)
Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and payroll platforms
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field
Salary: R30,000/month | 100% Remote
