You have a passion for learning and development and enjoy helping others build their skills, whether through creating training content, facilitating sessions, or keeping learning resources organized and accessible. You're a reliable, trusted partner who handles sensitive information with discretion, communicates clearly, and follows through.    Qualifications   A bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or a related field  1+ years of experience in human resources, ideally within a remote or professional services environment  Experience contributing to learning and development efforts, including building or delivering trainings and managing an LMS  Familiarity with HR principles, employment law basics, and compliance best practices  Exposure to administering HR policies, programs, or benefits  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with an HRIS, BambooHR a plus  Ability to further our company culture based on our Core Focus and Core Values  Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment      A day in the life  As the Human Resources Coordinator, you'll work alongside the Director of HR on the programs and processes that shape the employee experience at Intrinsic Digital. From employee relations to learning and development to recognition, you'll have your hands in the work that keeps our remote culture strong.  Responsibilities include:   Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and other HR matters  Support learning and development initiatives, including building, assigning, and tracking training across the company  Help administer HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring they are clear, consistent, and compliant  Support employee relations by helping the Director of HR look into employee issues and bring them to resolution  Manage the Learning Management System, keeping content, paths, and user access current  Support the employee recognition program, helping foster a culture of appreciation across the team  Support performance management cycles, including check-ins, reviews, and manager guidance  Coordinate employee offboarding, including exit logistics, offboarding communications, and conducting exit interviews  Other duties as assigned  Benefits & Perks   At Intrinsic Digital, you’ll have a front-row seat at a rapidly scaling company that is driving innovation in multiple industries, as well as a chance to make a real impact on the growth of our business.  Intrinsic Digital offers a fast-paced, supportive, and diverse culture.  We offer:  100% company paid health insurance for employees and 50% for dependents  100% company paid vision and dental insurance for employees and 50% for dependents  Company paid short- and long-term disability  Company paid life insurance  10 weeks paid parental leave  3-4 weeks paid time off (based on tenure)  10 paid holidays  Company paid 401k contributions that are 100% vested  Annual cash bonuses based on company and personal performance  A choice of five 8-hour schedules with start times between 7 am and 11 am EST, available after 30 days  Monthly fitness reimbursement  Pet discount plan
