**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional support to our customers through online chat. You'll be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our products and services, and working closely with our team to resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns
* Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our offerings
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring that customers have a seamless experience
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping to drive business growth and revenue
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* Positive and professional demeanor is essential, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
**Requirements**
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
