**Job Description**
As a Remote* Customer Experience & Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring every aspect of the customer experience is a positive one. This includes:
* Answering all incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service to callers by answering questions about services/products, and offering basic technical support
* Processing orders and collecting customer information over the phone and updating their online accounts
* Responding to email inquiries in a timely manner
* Providing administrative support, including processing Excel files / Google Sheets files in accordance with specific weekly, monthly, or quarterly tasks
* Conducting outgoing calls to customers who are missing information from their profiles
* Completing updates to curriculum, including formatting and adding images/audio to slides
* Reviewing course content to check for grammatical/spelling errors, and general room for improvement
* Performing light Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks, including emailing invoices, approving check orders, following up on outstanding invoices, and applying checks
* Availability for an occasional Saturday (approx. 1/month) in-person to help facilitate a classroom training (taking attendance and answering questions)
* Additional tasks or projects as identified
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to callers, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Process orders and collect customer information over the phone and update their online accounts
* Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring that customers receive prompt and accurate responses
* Provide administrative support, including processing Excel files / Google Sheets files in accordance with specific weekly, monthly, or quarterly tasks
* Conduct outgoing calls to customers who are missing information from their profiles
* Complete updates to curriculum, including formatting and adding images/audio to slides
* Review course content to check for grammatical/spelling errors, and general room for improvement

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Reliable strong internet connection
* Quiet work environment suitable for talking on the phone with customers
* Functional office setup with working, up-to-date computer (careerzynith may provide a computer if needed)
* We will provide you with a phone, which can connect directly to your modem/router. Phone line not necessary
* Customer service experience
* Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and Word/Google Docs
* Excellent writing skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask

**Additional Information**
* This is a remote position, and you will be working from home in your home office
* The ideal candidate will be available in-person for an occasional Saturday classroom session (approx. once per month)
* Additional pay, including travel expenses, for these days
* Locations may vary, but will primarily be in Taunton, MA
* $18/hr. plus quarterly performance bonuses totaling up to $1,000.00
