Your primary responsibilities will include: * Making outbound calls to schedule doctor appointments, assist with Health Needs Screenings, and facilitate payments to become eligible for enhanced benefits * Receiving inbound calls from members and addressing their concerns, questions, and needs in a timely and professional manner * Educating members on enhanced services, recommending preferred providers, and influencing them to take advantage of additional benefits available * Identifying and overcoming barriers to help members complete needed health screenings, obtain necessary services, or make payments to secure enhanced benefits * Reviewing member profiles to identify areas of opportunity, including additional benefits and eligibility for enhanced services * Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure department and company goals are met and exceeded * Analyzing data for call reports to make adjustments to the call approach and optimize results * Serving as a secondary resource for the Member Services or Provider Services call centers **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare or a related field * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify areas of opportunity and develop effective solutions * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other relevant tools * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous: * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment * Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP) **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members and provide empathetic support * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify areas of opportunity and develop effective solutions * Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve department and company goals * High level of adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities * Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other relevant tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
