The Mission
Build and scale Afina’s influencer and creator partnership engine.
Your job is to source creators, negotiate partnerships, manage whitelisting access, launch high-performing partnership ads, and help turn creator content into scalable paid social winners.
You’ll work closely with the creative, growth, and media buying teams to identify winning creators, develop scalable relationships, and drive measurable revenue through influencer content and partnership ads.

What You’ll Actually DoSource and recruit creators, influencers, and UGC talent across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms
Build and manage long-term creator partnerships
Negotiate usage rights, licensing, and whitelisting permissions
Coordinate creator briefs, scripting direction, deliverables, and timelines
Work with creative strategists and editors to turn creator content into winning ads
Analyze creator and partnership ad performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook rate, and conversion rate
Build systems for creator tracking, reporting, testing, and performance feedback loops
Use AI tools and sourcing platforms to improve workflows and creator discovery

What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves2+ years managing influencer, creator, or partnership campaigns for DTC or e-commerce brands
Experience with Meta whitelisting / partnership ads
Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and paid social performance
Experience sourcing and managing UGC creators and influencers
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Ability to identify high-converting creator content
Strong understanding of performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook rate, and CAC
Experience using influencer sourcing tools, creator databases, or outreach systems
Bonus PointsExperience scaling creator programs for 7-figure or 8-figure brands
Experience in wellness, beauty, skincare, or consumer products
