Job Role: Inside Sales Representative (SaaS/B2B software)
Objective: Hire a great inside sales professional to identify and nurture leads, convert them to real opportunities, and close (with support from pre-sales team)
Key responsibilities:
Achieve weekly lead generation targets and monthly revenue targets
Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails and inbound lead follow-up
Construct and conduct sales pitches and presentations from start to finish
Demonstrate product features before a sale (perform online demos)
Understand customer needs and be able to articulate the value concisely
Learn the ContractAI solution and how to articulate the value
Learn prospect’s org structure, identify key players in the buying cycle (buyer, decision maker, influencer, naysayer)
Nurture relationships with leads and convert into opportunities efficiently
Track and manage all prospect communication (emails, phone, social media)
Skills / Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent
5+ years inside and/or outside sales experience
Several years track record of exceeding sales quota
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Knowledge of managing all leads, opportunities and communication in Salesforce
Ability to run digital marketing campaigns to source leads (ie. using various marketing tools provided by company) and track/report campaign results
Commanding phone presence with experience running sales presentations from start to finish with mutual close plans
Able to work independently and remote with little supervision
Highly organized with efficient note-taking skills
Requirements:

Sufficient Internet connectivity to host video/audio calls and product demonstrations
