Instructional Design Lead

Job Description This position is remote with limited travel The Learning Design Lead (LDL) leads the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions for the Specimen Management business and serves as the liaison between SMEs, sales teams, clinical partners, and the Education & Training organization.  The LDL assesses role-based performance needs and translates them into effective learning solutions using modern approaches (eLearning, blended/microlearning, virtual ILT, simulations, and performance support).
