Job Description:
• Communicate regularly with clients, doctors’ offices, and insurance companies via phone and email.
• Obtain all documentation necessary to support a client's claim for benefits
• Conduct case research and assist attorneys with case development
• Review, analyze, and assess client case files to determine next steps
• Prepare benefit claim forms and draft appeals of denied benefits
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Perform administrative support for attorneys as needed
• Drafting letters and other documents.
• Proofread and review important procedural documents before they are mailed out.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is required, with a strong academic record
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and with a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software.
