About the position
We are looking for a motivated Junior Support Engineer to join an international digital transformation project within a leading company in the energy and sustainability sector. You will work closely with development and operations teams, helping maintain and improve internal platforms and microservices while ensuring high-quality technical support. Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal applications and services.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve incidents.
• Monitor and maintain microservices and APIs.
• Participate in deployments, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support integrations with cloud services and third-party platforms.
• Document issues, processes, and technical solutions.
• Work in an agile and multicultural environment.
Requirements
• Experience with Python (FastAPI)
• Knowledge of React + TypeScript
• Experience using Git
• Experience with relational databases (SQL)
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and API consumption
• Fluent or advanced Spanish level
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with NestJS
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud services such as S3, Lambda, and Athena
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience using DataDog
