Key Account Manager, Travel Retail - Miami, FL

About the job • Account Management: Maintain and grow key accounts, monitor competitors, and ensure high customer satisfaction. • Sales Performance: Meet revenue and profitability targets, manage sales funnel, and track performance metrics. • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, acquire new accounts, and expand existing ones. • Client Engagement: Regular follow-ups, resolve issues, and lead solutions to improve sales outcomes. • Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies and support long-term account planning with leadership. • Analytics & Reporting: Prepare proposals, pricing, and performance reports to guide decision-making. Collaboration & Operations • Work cross-functionally with customer support, resource management, architecture, and visual merchandising teams. • Ensure excellent retail execution, including POS installations and merchandising standards. Knowledge & Growth • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and best practices. • Continuously develop skills and effectively use CRM tools. Entrepreneurial Mindset • Act with ownership and initiative to drive growth. • Identify opportunities, adapt to changing markets, and innovate locally while aligning with global strategy. • Build strong partnerships, navigate ambiguity, and remain resilient in complex environments. About you • 3–5 years in Travel Retail • Experience in Caribbean & Latin America markets • Background in Luxury, Beauty, or Liquor industries preferred • Regional network/contacts in the Caribbean is a plus • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), especially advanced Excel analytics • Bilingual: English & Spanish • Solid understanding of sales & marketing strategies, ideally in luxury retail • Strong communication and presentation skills • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability • Willing to travel up to 50% and work extended hours What we offer
