Law Office Receptionist

LAW OFFICE RECEPTIONIST – California-based Plaintiffs’ law firm is seeking a full-time receptionist with strong customer service skills to join our team. Candidate must be bilingual and biliterate in Spanish and English. Prior office experience preferred. This is a WORK FROM YOUR HOME position, but you must live in California to allow for training and attendance at occasional meetings. Responsibilities: • Answering high volume of phone calls and routing calls or messages to team members • Reviewing, analyzing and forwarding e-mails to team members • Updating client information into database • Coordinating initial client intakes and routing to appropriate team members for handling • Other responsibilities as assigned Experience and skills required: • High school diploma or equivalent • Bilingual and biliterate in Spanish and English • Must be legally able to work in the United States • Minimum two-years customer service and professional office experience Successful candidate will have: • Strong customer service skills • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Good communication skills • Ability to multi-task • Ability to work well with others • Excellent organization skills • Capability of working independently • Technology skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe and Cloud-based Document Storage • A quiet area in their living space that will serve as their remote office. The firm will provide all office equipment necessary for the job. Hourly compensation is competitive and depends on experience.
