Lead, Retail Paid Search

Job Description: • Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns across retail media networks to drive performance and growth for an enterprise retail account. • Lead and manage a team of paid search specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to enhance team performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics, creative, and account management, to ensure cohesive and integrated media plans that align with client objectives. • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization, ensuring maximum ROI and alignment with client goals. • Oversee the day-to-day execution of paid search campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards. • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid search and retail media networks to maintain a competitive edge and drive innovation. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction with media strategies and outcomes. • Develop and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and opportunities for growth. • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid search advertising, with a focus on retail media networks. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client facing roles. • Proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts. • Deep understanding of retail media networks and platforms, such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Best Buy Ads, Target Roundel etc. • Proficiency in paid search tools and technologies, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. • Experience leading and managing a team, with a focus on mentorship and professional development. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. • Ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. • Ability to develop and implement strategic paid search plans that align with client objectives and drive business growth. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
