Job Description
This role is responsible for executing Enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) strategies, programs, and solutions that align with business and enterprise goals. The position serves as a strategic learning architect and partner, designing and delivering scalable, innovative, and inclusive learning experiences—particularly in leadership development—that drive measurable performance outcomes across a global organization.
This role is based in Canada, with a requirement that candidates be located in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver enterprise-level learning solutions aligned to business and enterprise strategy
Build scalable, repeatable leadership development programs (not one-off training)
Determine the appropriate learning solution (e.g., job aid vs. full program)
Consult and partner with stakeholders
Translate business needs into impactful learning strategies
Influence senior leaders and stakeholders on learning approaches and priorities
Lead large-scale learning initiatives
Manage and execute enterprise-wide or global programs
Collaborate cross-functionally with business partners, advisory teams, and learning teams
Develop digital learning content
Independently create learning solutions using Articulate Rise and Storyline (required)
Leverage additional tools as needed (e.g., Synthesia, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Audition)
Apply modern learning technologies
Incorporate AI-driven personalization and adaptive learning strategies
Maintain awareness of emerging technologies such as VR/AR
Ensure global, inclusive, and accessible design
Design for a diverse workforce with accessibility compliance (legal standards)
Ensure content is inclusive, localized, and accommodates varying learner needs
Measure and improve learning impact
Use data and analytics to evaluate effectiveness
Continuously refine programs to improve performance outcomes
Experience
• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Functional Skills:
Enterprise leadership development program design and delivery
Advanced instructional design and digital content development
Proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline (non-negotiable)
Familiarity with additional tools (Synthesia, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Audition preferred)
AI and emerging technology application in learning design
Strategic thinking and stakeholder influence
Data-driven decision-making and learning analytics
Global learning design, localization, and accessibility compliance (WCAG, Section 508)

Compensation
Base compensation offered for this role is $84,000.00 - $131,850.00 CAD annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
