Legal Recruiter (Remote) | Commission-Based | High Earnings ($10K–$20K per Placement)

We are seeking experienced Legal Recruiters / Legal Headhunters to partner on high-value AmLaw placements without the burden of client-side business development. This is a fully remote, commission-based recruiting opportunity focused exclusively on placing associate attorneys into top-tier law firms (BigLaw / AmLaw 100). Compensation • $10,000 – $20,000 per successful placement • No cap on earnings Active Searches • Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney • Sr. Real Estate & Finance Counsel • Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney • Complex Litigation Attorney What You Will Do • Proactively source associates • Engage passive candidates using your own sourcing tools • Screen for class year, practice depth, and firm pedigree • Collect transcripts, writing samples, deal sheets • Manage candidates through offer and start This is not a job board sourcing role. You must be comfortable recruiting directly from major law firms. Required Experience Please do NOT apply unless you have: • Successfully placed associate attorneys into AmLaw firms • At least 2 - 3 completed BigLaw placements in the last 12 months • Experience engaging passive legal candidates • Strong understanding of lateral associate compensation structures • Be self-sufficient and able to generate candidate flow independently. • Ideal Background • Boutique legal search firm experience • Independent legal recruiter specializing in BigLaw laterals Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary Pay: From $10,000.00 per month Application Question(s): • Are you comfortable working commission-only? • How many associates earning $200K+ base salary have you placed? • How do you engage passive candidates?
