Licensed Clinical Therapist for Remote Telehealth Role

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals facing various mental health/addiction challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health practices and the ability to implement effective treatment plans using evidence-based therapies. The Clinical Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and support. Responsibilities • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans. • Provide psychotherapy and counseling services utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and crisis intervention strategies. • Maintain accurate medical documentation and coding for all patient interactions in compliance with regulatory standards. • Engage in clinical research to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in therapy and behavioral health. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for patients. • Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, fostering a supportive environment for shared experiences. • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly based on ongoing evaluations. Qualifications • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. • Valid California state licensure as a Clinical Therapist or equivalent certification. • Proven experience in therapy, particularly with children, is highly desirable. • Strong skills in crisis intervention and patient care management. • Familiarity with medical documentation practices and coding standards. • Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including psychotherapy techniques. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients effectively. • Commitment to ongoing professional development and clinical research within the field of behavioral health.
