The Loan Servicing Representative is a critical, detail-driven role responsible for managing day-to-day loan servicing and transactional workflows for a healthcare FinTech company based in Nashville, Tennessee. This position focuses on accuracy, ownership, and efficiency in processing financial data and supporting internal teams.
Responsibilities:
• Post payments and process transactions with a high level of accuracy
• Support funding requests and ensure timely delivery of reports to banking partners
• Manage invoicing and follow up on outstanding balances
• Maintain clean and accurate account records and resolve exceptions
• Perform reconciliation and identify discrepancies in financial data
• Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, customer success, and servicing teams
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed
• Utilize Excel and internal systems to manage and track data
Qualifications:
• 2 to 5 years of experience in loan servicing, banking, healthcare revenue cycle, or similar transactional and accounting roles
• Strong Excel skills required including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Experience with payment posting, invoicing, or reconciliation work
• High attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Must be based in Tennessee for this fully remote role
