Marketing Associate (Skincare & Beauty, Bilingual Korean & English) - Hybrid, New York

Work Schedule: • 5 days per week, 9 AM-6 PM or 10 AM-7 PM EST. • Hybrid role with 2 days in-office per week. Responsibilities: • Support marketing operations for a growing skincare brand with a focus on storytelling, campaign execution, and daily tasks. • ssist in concept development, product positioning, packaging, sample coordination, and go-to-market planning for new product launches. • Coordinate retailer submission decks and prepare competitive research to support brand strategy. • Partner with sales and retail teams to create in-store and online promotions that align with marketing goals. • Contribute to digital, social, and retail campaign planning and execution. • Coordinate PR events, sampling activities, and brand pop-ups by managing logistics, vendors, and timelines. • Track SKU-level and campaign performance data to prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports. • ssist with preparing the 360-marketing deck, sales reviews, and performance trackers. • Support demand planning and inventory management for new and existing items. • Conduct trend and competitive analysis to inform future campaigns and innovation strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Sales) to develop innovative products supported by clear and compelling marketing narratives. • Build strong internal alignment to enhance brand awareness, sales growth, and profitability. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within skincare, beauty, or the Client industry. • Experience with major retail channels such as Sephora, Ulta, or similar beauty networks. • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Google Analytics is a plus. • nalytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Self-starter with attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive approach. • Passion for skincare, beauty, and an understanding of consumer trends. • Preferred: Ability to read, write, and speak Korean.
