Marketing Intelligence Analyst

Description: • Collaborate with the Business Systems architect and business stakeholders to understand business problems and user requirements. • Design and develop insightful reports, dashboards, and data analysis projects that inform business decisions. • Produce creative analytic dashboards and visualizations that generate actionable insights and business impact. • Build, maintain, and optimize the SQL data warehouse and validate data against HubSpot and Salesforce. • Participate in gathering business requirements, documenting technical specifications, prototyping, testing, and implementing reports and dashboards. • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly data refreshes and ongoing data maintenance. • Perform Tableau administrative duties and support dashboard publishing and customization. • Provide training and assistance to other Tableau users as needed. • Work with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to automate performance metrics. • Analyze data problems and improve related business processes in a rapidly evolving technical environment. Requirements: • 4+ years of experience building or modifying stored procedures in T-SQL to troubleshoot dashboard issues. • Experience writing complex SQL queries. • Experience with modern data warehousing techniques, including dimensional modeling and ETL processes. • Must have experience working with and reporting on Salesforce and HubSpot CRM data. • Expert knowledge of Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables. • 2+ years of experience building, customizing, and publishing Tableau visualizations and dashboards. • Advanced understanding of data visualization practices and methods. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical requirements to non-technical users. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize according to project timelines. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution. • Proactive, independent, and adaptable to evolving priorities. • Experience with Python (preferred).
