The client is a growing portfolio of three affiliated, doctor-led healthcare and wellness businesses focused on premium patient care, wellness optimization, and direct to consumer supplement sales. The portfolio includes Pure Wellness Medical Rx, a nutraceutical and supplement brand, Pure Wellness Medical, a concierge medicine practice, and Suarez Medical, a pain management practice. The client is currently scaling its digital presence, authority, and patient acquisition efforts through content, social media, paid advertising, and full funnel marketing strategies. They are seeking a highly independent marketing professional who can take full ownership of the marketing function across all three brands.
About the Role:
The client is seeking a highly skilled and self driven Full Cycle Marketing Manager to oversee strategy, execution, optimization, and growth across all marketing initiatives for the three businesses. This is not a support role or task based position. The selected candidate will be responsible for building campaigns from the ground up, launching and managing them independently, analyzing results, and continuously improving performance. The role requires someone who understands both creative marketing and technical execution, including full funnel marketing, paid advertising, content strategy, email automation, and compliance within the healthcare and wellness industries.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Campaign OwnershipDevelop and manage the complete marketing strategy across all three businesses
Build monthly marketing calendars and campaign roadmaps
Present strategies, ideas, and execution plans for approval and independently carry them out afterward
Create and manage multi channel marketing campaigns designed to drive patient acquisition, supplement sales, and brand authority
Paid Advertising & Funnel ManagementLaunch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
Manage audience targeting, conversion tracking, pixel setup, and budget pacing
Build and optimize landing pages, lead funnels, and retargeting flows
Monitor campaign performance and scale successful campaigns profitably
Content Creation & Creative DirectionOversee social media strategy and content execution across all brands
Create marketing copy, ad hooks, campaign messaging, and promotional content
Coordinate video ads, animations, and creative assets while ensuring alignment with the brand voice
Work with existing recorded content to create engaging short form and long form marketing assets
Email, SMS & Retention MarketingBuild and manage email and SMS automations using Klaviyo or similar platforms
Create abandoned cart sequences, nurture campaigns, retention flows, and re engagement campaigns
Improve customer retention and lifetime value through strategic follow up campaigns
Reporting, Analytics & OptimizationTrack and analyze KPIs including ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and customer lifetime value
Provide clear and consistent reporting on marketing performance
Continuously test, improve, and optimize campaigns using data driven decision making
Identify failed campaigns quickly and scale successful initiatives effectively
Compliance & Brand ProtectionEnsure all marketing materials remain compliant within healthcare, wellness, and supplement advertising guidelines
Avoid prohibited medical claims and ensure proper disclosures are included where necessary
Collaborate with leadership for final approval of sensitive claims and messaging
Qualifications & Skills must haveProven experience managing full funnel digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
Strong hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Experience with email and SMS marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo
Ability to independently build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns from start to finish
Strong copywriting and communication skills in English
Comfortable working with analytics, attribution, and marketing performance metrics
Experience creating or coordinating video focused marketing content
Ability to manage multiple brands, audiences, and campaigns simultaneously
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Preferred:Experience marketing supplements, telehealth, concierge medicine, peptides, hormones, or functional medicine services
Familiarity with Shopify, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar funnel building tools
Basic video editing or graphic design skills
Experience managing compliant healthcare and wellness advertising campaigns
Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
Experience growing personal brands, podcasts, books, or authority based marketing campaigns
