MarTech Product Manager – Content Supply Chain

Location: Remote (USA or Canada Ontario Only for Canada) Type: Full-Time Salary: • USA: $135K $150K USD • Canada: $140K $160K CAD Job Summary We are seeking a MarTech Product Manager Content Supply Chain to support a leading international sports organization. This role will own and optimize enterprise content workflows across content creation, review, approval, and distribution using Adobe MarTech platforms and related content management tools. Must-Have Skills • 5+ years of Product Management experience supporting MarTech, Content, or Marketing platforms • Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) • Experience with DAM (Digital Asset Management), Content Hub, Brand Portal, or similar platforms • Strong understanding of Content Supply Chain workflows (intake, review, approval, release) • Experience with Workflow Automation and Process Optimization • Strong experience writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Backlog Management • Hands-on experience with Jira, Workfront, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills Key Responsibilities • Own content supply chain workflows from intake through release and adoption • Manage product backlog, priorities, user stories, and dependencies • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Legal, and Technology teams • Support workflow automation and integrations across Adobe platforms • Create documentation, training materials, and adoption plans • Monitor platform usage and identify workflow improvement opportunities Nice to Have • Adobe Workfront Fusion • Adobe Content Hub • Adobe Express • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) • Marketing Operations or Creative Operations experience • API and system integration exposure
