We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically curious Media Monitoring Automation Specialist, Irish Market Services to support the setup, configuration, and optimization of media intelligence services tailored to the Irish market.
As a Media Monitoring Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining media monitoring services for Ireland. You will also be involved in transitioning manual processes into human-in-the-loop, highly automated workflows. You'll work across content acquisition, processing, and delivery pipelines, ensuring high-quality media intelligence outputs for our client base while continuously improving efficiency through automation.
What you’ll do:
Support the migration of manual workflows into automated processes using internal tooling and platforms such as N8N
Translate editorial and client brief requirements into scalable system configurations
Configure and maintain automation workflows for content acquisition, validation, tagging, summarization, and delivery
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for automated workflows
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to workflow automation, data quality, and system performance
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are accurately implemented and maintained
Maintain up-to-date documentation of client configurations and communicate updates across teams
Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and accuracy
Support vendor-related processes including service evaluation, communication, and invoice reconciliation

Successful transition of manual workflows into reliable automated systems
Accuracy and quality of content processing and delivery aligned with client briefs

Travel & Team Engagement Expectations
This role requires up to 10% travel for team collaboration, customer engagements, and company events. As part of our commitment to building strong connections across our fully distributed team, attendance at our annual company offsite (typically held in Mexico) is expected.
Salary
The gross monthly salary for this role in Bulgaria is approximately 1,200 EUR.
Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
