Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands‑on experience in denial management, AR collection, pre‑registration, or authorization within the U.S. healthcare system.
- Proven track record of leading or supervising a team in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
- Strong familiarity with EPIC or comparable electronic health record (EHR) systems; EPIC experience is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of payer reimbursement models (government, commercial, Medicare, Medicaid) and the nuances of medical billing terminology.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence payers and internal stakeholders.
