We are seeking a strategic and results-driven National Account Manager to join our Commercial Division and lead key relationships across the East Coast. In this highly visible role, you will manage and expand national accounts, drive specification growth, and partner closely with internal and external teams to increase market share and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

What You’ll Do
Account Management & Relationship Building
Serve as the primary point of contact for Spartan Surfaces teams across your region
Build strong, collaborative partnerships to drive Ecosurfaces product growth
Specification Development
Partner with architects, designers, and owners to secure product specifications
Build and manage a strong project pipeline using tools like ConstructConnect and Salesforce
Collaborate with sales teams to convert specifications into closed business
Sales Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand market share
Identify new business opportunities through market insights and account analysis
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, customer service, and logistics teams
Ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for customers
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Provide regular forecasts, sales reports, and performance analysis
Use data to inform strategy and drive results
Leadership & Development
Mentor team members and share best practices
Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative sales culture
What You Bring
10+ years of experience in commercial sales, ideally in flooring, building materials, or construction
Proven success managing large, complex national accounts
Strong understanding of commercial specification sales and the design community
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and close high-value deals
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and project tracking platforms
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
Established relationships within the architectural and design community
Work Environment & Travel
Primarily remote/field-based role across the East Coast
Regular travel required for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Occasional exposure to manufacturing environments (PPE provided when needed)
