Rally UXR is seeking a dependable and organized Remote Office Assistant to support our HR and Operations teams. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who excels in a digital work environment and is committed to keeping remote teams productive, efficient, and well‑coordinated.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, scheduling requests, and virtual meeting coordination
• Oversee email communication, maintain inbox organization, and support correspondence needs
• Maintain digital filing systems and ensure accurate document organization
• Assist with data entry, record updates, and basic reporting tasks
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to HR and Operations
• Facilitate smooth communication between departments while maintaining confidentiality
• Deliver general remote office support and assist with special projects as needed
Requirements
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written communication and professional correspondence skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• High level of attention to detail, reliability, and discretion
• U.S. work authorization required
