Omnichannel Analytics Lead Position: Omnichannel Analytics Lead Domain: Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Duration: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel Analytics Lead with strong expertise in Digital Analytics, Omnichannel Insights, and Life Sciences/Pharma domain experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating digital marketing goals into measurable KPIs, delivering actionable insights, and driving data-driven optimization strategies across multiple digital channels. Required Experience • 12+ years of overall professional experience • 5+ years of Digital Analytics and Insights experience • 5+ years of Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry experience • 4+ years of team management experience • Key Responsibilities • Translate digital marketing objectives into measurable KPIs and performance metrics • Develop and deliver monthly omnichannel and digital marketing performance reports • Analyze website and campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations • Identify performance trends, customer engagement insights, and growth opportunities • Work closely with business stakeholders, media teams, and analytics teams to drive business outcomes • Understand business rules and digital data processing logic to align KPI definitions accurately • Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Manage client relationships and deliver impactful analytics solutions • Support UI/UX optimization initiatives using digital analytics insights • Lead omnichannel analytics initiatives across paid media, CRM, and web analytics platforms • Required Skills • Strong understanding of paid media strategies, measurement, and campaign analytics • Expertise in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics • Hands-on experience with omnichannel reporting and dashboard creation. Strong experience with: • Power BI • Microsoft Copilot • CRM platforms such as Veeva and SFMC • Preferred Qualifications • Media agency experience is a plus • Experience in website optimization and UI/UX analytics • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to frame business problems and design effective analytical solutions • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and lead analytics-driven business transformation initiatives.
