Job Description:
• work under the direction of the Managing Director to prepare financial plans
• coordinate the workflow through the creation and maintenance of systems
• assist in the daily function and activities with financial professional offices
• serve as a knowledge leader using financial planning expertise
• continually keep up with financial planning trends and identify relevant opportunities
• manage the documentation of processes and procedures
• professionally interact with financial professionals and their staff
• assist with the promotion of Spire Outsourcing’s services
• build and maintain relationships with CFP Board registered degree programs
Requirements:
• four or more years of related experience, education, and/or training in financial planning or wealth management
• collaborative and detail-oriented financial planning professional
• strong foundation in financial planning principles
• analytical thinking skills
• organizational skills
• experience with eMoney planning software is highly valued
• additional industry licenses such as a life insurance license or FINRA Series registrations are considered a plus
• preference is given to candidates who have graduated from a CFP Board registered program and who are either a CFP® certificate or actively pursuing the CFP® designation
