Position: Order Entry and Typist Clerk (Remote)

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately enter and manage customer orders in our database.
• Ensure timely processing of orders and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide support to other departments as required.
• Assist with data management and reporting tasks.
Requirements
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in using office software, particularly spreadsheets and databases.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
