Position Summary
As an Order Management Specialist at K Systems Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing and management of orders. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing client and vendor relationships, coordinating order fulfillment, and providing support to our team.
Main Duties
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process customer orders from receipt to
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order
Lead client and vendor meetings to discuss order status, resolve issues, and ensure customer
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal
Provide support to the Order Management team as
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency
What You Bring
Education & Experience:
0-2 years of experience in order management or a similar role
Required Qualifications
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead client and vendor
Reliable internet connection for remote
Proficiency in Microsoft
Excellent organizational and time management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a high level of level of accuracy
Great at collaborating with team members and other departments
Preferred Skills
• Experience or strong aptitude in systems monitoring, operations support, or technical analysis
Work Environment & Schedule
• Candidates are preferred to be local to the New York City area or Northern New Jersey. Open to any Remote U.S. location.
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive full-time compensation range of $20-26 Hourly DOE
