Part-Time UI/UX Designer

Job Description: • Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications that align with business objectives and user needs. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to optimize user journeys and interaction flows. • Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. • Develop and maintain a design system or component library to ensure consistency across digital products. • Ensure designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and cross-platform responsiveness. • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence. • Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability testing sessions to refine and enhance designs. • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Requirements: • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. • A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required. Equivalent work experience will also be considered. • Adaptability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for efficient collaboration. • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs. (NOTE: Provide a link to your portfolio within your resume.) • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. • Strong knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design principles. • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing. • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG standards), and mobile-first design principles. • Ability to analyze user behavior and apply data-driven insights to improve designs. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
