Job Title: Part-Time/Contract Medical Director (OBOT Program)
Location: Huber Heights, OH (Hybrid)
Position Type: Part-Time (10–15 hours per week)
Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Medical Director to lead and support our Office-Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) program. This is a hybrid, part-time opportunity for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality addiction care and driving clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the OBOT program
Supervise Nurse Practitioners and other physicians
Collaborate with providers, administrative staff, and patients to ensure quality care delivery
Deliver guidance, feedback, and training to clinical staff
Implement and enforce standards of care and clinical protocols
Address performance concerns and ensure corrective actions are completed
Maintain active involvement in patient care as needed
Participate in occasional out-of-state travel
Must be familiar with and comfortable using EHR systems, Word, and Excel.
Schedule & Work Environment:
10–15 hours per week
Schedule determined collaboratively
Must be available during standard business hours
Hybrid role with required on-site clinic presence as needed
Qualifications:
Board Certified in Addiction Medicine or Psychiatry (both preferred)
Active Medical License and DEA Registration in the state of OH
Experience supervising advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs) preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable working with EHR systems and basic software (Word, Excel)
Compensation:
Starting at $150/hour, with higher rates based on experience
