Performance Consultant – Revenue Enablement & Sales Training

We are currently seeking a bilingual Performance Consultant to support revenue and commercial enablement initiatives for global sales organizations. This role is ideal for a learning and development professional with strong facilitation capabilities, experience supporting sales teams, and the ability to design impactful training solutions aligned with business objectives.
This is a fully remote opportunity with exposure to international stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate virtual training sessions for sales and commercial teams in both onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
Design and develop high-quality learning assets including presentations, playbooks, facilitator guides, and sales enablement materials
Translate business requirements and operational goals into practical and engaging training solutions
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams to identify performance gaps and learning needs
Support sales performance improvement initiatives through coaching, reinforcement activities, and targeted learning interventions
Deliver interactive learning experiences that promote engagement, knowledge retention, and practical application
Track training effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with operational KPIs
Participate in stakeholder meetings to understand product updates, process changes, and business priorities
Qualifications
Experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, Revenue Enablement, or related fields
Strong facilitation and presentation skills in virtual and/or hybrid environments
Experience creating training content and instructional materials from concept to delivery
Exposure to sales, customer service, or commercial operations environments
Ability to communicate effectively with both operational teams and business stakeholders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
Advanced English proficiency required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting B2B and/or B2C sales organizations
Familiarity with sales coaching and performance improvement methodologies
Experience working with LMS platforms and Microsoft 365 tools
Exposure to KPI-driven operational environments
Knowledge of Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, or AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus
