• Contract Project Manager – Debt Collections & Cash Management (Oracle Implementation)

Rate: 110-115 w2
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PM) with a strong finance background, specifically in debt collections, delinquencies, and cash management. This role is a key part of our Oracle implementation, focusing on the Debt Collections and Cash Management workstreams. While deep Oracle experience isn’t mandatory, familiarity with Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) is highly preferred.
This PM will play a pivotal role in establishing and optimizing a new collections department, ensuring seamless integration of people, processes, and technology. The ideal candidate will be a confident and proactive leader, capable of navigating complex finance-driven initiatives and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of a new collections and cash management department, ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and optimize debt collection processes, policies, and strategies.
• Manage project scope, timeline, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Act as the bridge between finance and technology teams, ensuring smooth system integration.
• Advocate for customer-friendly collection strategies while maintaining business revenue goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Finance Expertise: Strong background in delinquencies, debt collections, and cash management.
• Transformation Leadership: Experience driving finance transformation projects and implementing process improvements.
• Project Management: Proven ability to lead and manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Technology Knowledge: Familiarity with Oracle (ORMB) or similar enterprise finance systems highly preferred.
