What You'll Do: Core Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will serve as a critical touchpoint between our clients and their customers. - Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.

- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Strong logical problem-solving abilities and sound judgment under pressure.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
Preferred qualifications include:
- At least 6 months of call center or contact center experience.
