Job Description:
• Define and scope complex project systems and facilitate communication
• Consult with users and clients to resolve complex system issues
• Support internal process changes from requirements through implementation
• Determine standard functional process flow
• Identify and communicate risks and impacts
• Take end-to-end process ownership
• Create documents related to the process life cycle
• Drive process development across teams through business requirements
• Advocate for the needs of customers and operations
• Analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions
• Provide mentorship and guidance to front line staff and team members as needed.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in Product/Finance Management within the B2C last mile.
• Extensive experience and expertise in the parcel shipment lifecycle
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with software implementations within finance operations
• Certified Agile or Scrum Product Owner is preferred.
• Proficient experience in using software such as Visio and Notion is preferred.
