Program Manager, Microsoft Strategic Partnership (Remote, United States)

Description: • Drive day-to-day execution across the Microsoft partnership portfolio, including co-sell, co-marketing, and co-development initiatives. • Translate partnership priorities into workstreams, owners, timelines, and deliverables, and follow them through to completion. • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, RevOps / GTM Ops, Finance, and Legal to deliver commitments on time and at quality. • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and decision gaps early and work with stakeholders to resolve them. • Run the partnership operating cadence, including weekly syncs, workstream reviews, and readiness check-ins. • Prepare internal and Microsoft-facing leadership materials such as briefs, agendas, objectives, and next steps. • Build or improve workflows and operating standards that make Microsoft-related execution more scalable and repeatable. • Establish performance visibility by defining success metrics, maintaining reporting, and sharing progress, blockers, and escalation needs. • Partner with RevOps and analytics stakeholders to ensure dashboards and reporting are accurate and actionable. • Support Microsoft-facing coordination across alliance sales, product marketing, product management, and engineering counterparts. Requirements: • 5–10 years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategic initiative execution in SaaS / enterprise software. • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work without direct authority. • Strong execution skills with the ability to create structure, remove blockers, and close loops. • Excellent communication skills, with a concise and action-oriented style suited to senior stakeholders. • High reliability and ownership, with a strong focus on consistent follow-through. • Experience working with Microsoft partner programs, co-sell, marketplace, or product collaboration is preferred. • Partnerships, alliances, ecosystem, or channel experience is a plus. • Comfort working with operational metrics and performance visibility as part of running programs. • Experience in a standalone analytics role is not required. • Participation in the recruitment process, including screening, hiring manager, additional stakeholder, and possible final CEO interview, is expected.
