JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Digital Health Solutions Project Manager to join our UKI team. In this role, you will lead complex digital health projects, ensuring successful delivery while driving continuous improvements in processes, tools, and training.
You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to customers, contributing directly to commercial success, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver complex digital health projects from initiation to completion, ensuring key milestones and objectives are met
Drive improvements, standardisation, and efficiency across project management processes, tools, and training
Manage project governance, ensuring best practice and compliance are consistently applied
Develop and execute robust project plans aligned with business and customer needs
Oversee resource planning, installation, and go-live activities
Build strong relationships and provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including customer and third-party stakeholders
Support key account implementations and major customer requirements
Facilitate governance meetings and stakeholder forums internally and externally
Contribute to improving win rates, retention, and operational performance metrics
What You’ll Bring
Experience
Proven experience in project/program management within the digital health or diagnostics industry
Track record of delivering highly complex projects successfully
Experience using formal project management methodologies
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) required
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar preferred
Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are highly desirable
Skills & Competencies
