Recruiter / Sourcer
Crew Connectors is hiring multiple recruiters / sourcers dedicated to supporting a mission-driven AI HealthTech company that is transforming medication access and modernizing how healthcare operates in the U.S.
In this role, you'll help build a best-in-class operations team by identifying, sourcing, engaging, screening, and interviewing early-career healthcare professionals. You'll work closely with hiring teams and play a direct role in scaling a company that's improving access to care nationwide.

Proactively source and engage qualified candidates for entry-level and early-career healthcare operations roles for one of the most sought-after, cutting-edge AI companies
Conduct outbound outreach using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, motivation, and fit
Qualify candidates against clear hiring criteria and move them efficiently through the pipeline
Maintain consistent candidate flow and accurate pipeline documentation
Partner with hiring teams to support fast, thoughtful hiring decisions
1–2 years minimum experience in recruiting, sourcing, screening, or candidate-facing roles
Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with candidates
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple candidates at once
Thrives in a fast-moving, results-driven environment
Full-time, W-2 hourly role
Fully remote (must be based in California)
