Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with an existing book of business in tech sales hiring. This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing recruiter who can bring client relationships and generate revenue, supported by a highly competitive, commission-first compensation structure.
This role is ideal for a full-desk (360) recruiter who thrives in a flexible, entrepreneurial environment and wants to maximize earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage your existing client relationships to generate new job orders in tech sales (SDR, AE, Sales Leadership, etc.)
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: client intake, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Build and expand client accounts through strong delivery and relationship management
• Source and place high-quality tech sales talent across multiple industries (SaaS, fintech, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal team members as needed to support delivery and growth
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of both clients and candidates
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a full-desk / 360 recruiter
• Existing book of business or strong client relationships in tech sales recruiting
• Track record of successfully placing sales roles (SDRs, BDRs, AEs, Sales Leaders)
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and grow revenue
• Ability to work independently in a contract environment
