We are seeking a motivated, collaborative remote BCBA to join us during this foundational stage and grow with the company.

Position Details
• Job Type: Part-Time with opportunity to grow to full-time (we are in the credentialing phase)
• Location: Remote
This role will begin during our credentialing phase, where you will assist in payer credentialing, as we grow, we can collaborate on policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
• Assist with or provide guidance during the insurance credentialing and intake process
• Support the development of clinical systems, documentation, and workflows during the startup phase
• Collaborate on establishing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Provide clinical supervision for RBTs
• Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide parent training and support
• Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services
• Collaborate on clinical structure and program development
• Provide input on scheduling, service structure, and clinical operations as the practice grows
• Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and clinical standards during initial setup
Requirements
• Active BCBA certification required
• Must reside in GA or within a 50-mile radius of the Georgia state border
• Must hold a Georgia License LBA or be willing to obtain. Applicants within a 50-mile radius of Georgia are also eligible, as per payer requirements
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a flexible environment
Compensation
• $75–$95 per hour (based on experience)
• LBA Licensure fees reimbursed after six months of employment.
