Position Overview
careerzynith is currently hiring multiple Remote Customer Experience Specialists to join our inbound phone center team. In this dual sales and customer service role, you will serve as the voice of careerzynith, connecting with customers who reach out to us seeking guidance, product recommendations, and support for their fitness journey. You will be responsible for understanding each caller's unique needs, resolving their inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner, and introducing them to our exclusive VIP Family perks and loyalty benefits.

- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals, earning performance-based bonuses on top of your base hourly rate.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
