Position Overview
The Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative role is a pivotal position within our Service Business Development (BDC) team. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking service appointments, information about ongoing promotions, and assistance with any dealership‑related inquiries. Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Call Management: Master both inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure every call is answered promptly and professionally.

- Appointment Scheduling: Accurately schedule service appointments, confirm details, and follow up to reduce no‑shows.
- Collaboration with Service Managers: Work closely with Service Managers to align on customer expectations and deliver a seamless service experience.

- Data Accuracy & Reporting: Document all interactions accurately, generate daily reports, and contribute insights that help refine BDC processes.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor, addressing concerns, offering solutions, and ensuring each customer feels valued.
Essential Qualifications
- Residency in Texas – only Texas residents will be considered for this role.
- Proficiency with phone systems and computer applications; comfortable navigating multiple screens simultaneously.

- Prior experience in a call center environment, specifically with appointment setting or service scheduling.

Work Schedule & Environment
This is a fully remote position. You will be expected to work shifts that fall between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, with alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
