Role Overview
The Remote Customer Service Representative position is a critical front‑line role that connects careerzynith to its athletes (customers). Working from the comfort of your home, you will provide white‑glove support across a variety of channels, ensuring that each athlete’s journey—from product inquiry to post‑purchase follow‑up—is smooth, enjoyable, and resolution‑driven.
