Position Summary – Remote Customer Service Representative (Specialty Pharmacy)

We are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals who reside in Florida (within a 75‑mile radius of our Orlando specialty mail‑order hub at 9310 Southpark Center Loop, Orlando, FL 32819) to join our Specialty Pharmacy team. This fully remote role operates on flexible evening shifts (11:30 am – 8:00 pm EST or 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm EST) and focuses on providing telephone support to patients receiving life‑sustaining specialty drug therapy.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the trusted voice that guides patients through complex medication processes, ensures accurate order entry, and collaborates with insurance providers, health‑care professionals, and internal teams to resolve clinical and financial challenges swiftly.
